KCL is for the individual and multi campus School environment.  KCL is a fully featured application that gives individual and multi campus schools all the power of Knowledge Community in a simple to use and easy to implement application.

Knowledge Community Construct (KCC)

KCC is an unique enterprise solution that gives gives large education providers full control over a Knowledge Community enabled system.  As with all versions of Knowledge Community, it provides a single point for user sign-on.

KCC provides a choice of complete or limited control of each school or groups of schools as well as two way data aggregation, advanced communication and system management.  KCC gives both autonomy to the individual school as well as management across the system for districts, clusters, states etc.

KCC can be used to send curriculum templates, teacher training objects and critical compliance information to the school as well as allowing senior users to deliver information to a profiled stakeholder across any range of schools or districts.

KCC history elements give the administrator access to information about course performance, student progress and other required information. It can look at the entire system, individual schools or selected clusters of schools, curriculums, individual classes and even students as required.  It can also push information for Government compliance.

Staff with access to KCC can also contact any horizontal or vertical group of users in the system to deliver information via web, messaging, email, SMS and RSS to the users in real time.

KCC is capable of giving  single view of information across multiple schools as well as allowing States and districts their own view of the system.  It can hold vital data such as student performance and benchmarks across the system for instant access to aggregated data about students, teachers and subjects.  It allows the Education Provider to "push" information such as communication with users and groups as well as curriculum, training and staff information to teachers.  KCC allows student movement across the system and can manage workflow for enrolments.

Knowledge Community Business Logic (KCBL)

KCBL is the most advanced addition to Knowledge Community and is a powerful application to allow large education providers to change the business workflow across the system and react intelligently to control, monitor, manage and react to business events and improve the performance of your education system.

An additional option to KCC is WebFrame which uses high grade enterprise tools to aggregate information to multiple standards, expose more powerful real time analysis of student, teacher performance and resources, react to events and use business models to generate and act on new business information and build complex workflow.  New workflow routines can be set up by the users to automate processes, manage compliance documents and model new business objects.  You can even model business events to determine a course of action and react to events in real-time with high grade reporting and dashboard monitoring.
