Lists all of the family members by name with a small picture beside each. Inside each family record is found; their details, notes, videos & photo gallery.

Lists all of the friends by name with a small picture beside each. Inside each record is found; their details, notes & photo gallery. 

Key Carer & Key Relative window

Prominent display on the front page of the photo and name of the key carer & key relative.  Designed so a resident can quickly and easily make contact (email, SMS or to locate the telephone details).

Reminders

Automatic, set and occasional reminders (e.g. birthdays, appointment, events, etc). The key carer and key relative can also create a reminder for the resident. 

Alarm

A large alarm button on the front page and when pressed will alert the key carer and key relative by SMS that urgent attention is required.

Morning and or Evening Call

Where a resident has to respond to a reminder or wake up type call. Key carer and/or key relative notified where no response.

Medication Alert

Resident receives a reminder that they must take their medication.  If no response detected then an alert is sent to the key carer.

I’m Out

Designed so if a resident goes on holiday or leaves the home for an extended period they can let the key carer and or key relative know.  Keeps appearing until date expires or is turned off.

Make Appointments

Allowing appointments to be made by and for the resident which will display in the calendar.  A reminder can be set for each appointment.

Calendar

Displays in an easy to read format all events, appointments and functions for the resident.

A Shop

Where approved suppliers display their services and products.  Residents can order directly via a payment engine and get the goods home delivered.

Trusted Suppliers page

Where local traders (plumbers, florist, etc) who have been approved can display their contact details.

Local Configuration

The system has two layers of configuration.  A simple one where the resident’s site is set but cosmetic changes can be made to various pages.  The second layer allows the key user to be able turn on and off the features as well as per user.

Permissions & Profiles

All users have a profile and permissions set for them based upon required access.  “Read only” access can be provided for other relatives or carers.

Statistics

Statistics of access by all stakeholders to show what areas are being utilised plus a log of all transactions and events.
